Each Memorial Day, commemorative banners honoring local veterans hang along the streets of downtown Middleburg. Submit your veteran below.
Mr. Print of Middleburg is proud to partner with the American Legion and the Town of Middleburg to produce and display these banners each year. Every banner is printed in-house at our shop on East Federal Street.
Any veteran with a meaningful connection to Middleburg or the surrounding Hunt Country community. Living and deceased veterans are eligible.
Each banner features the veteran's name, photo, branch of service, and years served. Banners hang from downtown light poles through the summer.
Local businesses and individuals can sponsor a banner to help offset production costs. Sponsorships are $200 and are acknowledged in program materials.

Provide the veteran's name, branch of service, years served, and a high-resolution photo. Include your contact information so we can follow up if needed.
Our team checks for photo quality, service information completeness, and local eligibility. We contact you if anything is missing.
Approved veterans are designed into the banner format and printed at Mr. Print of Middleburg. No outside vendors — all done in-house.
Banners are installed in downtown Middleburg ahead of Memorial Day and remain on display through the summer months.

No. Banner space is limited. Submissions are reviewed for eligibility, photo quality, and available display locations. Complete submissions with good photos are prioritized.

We will contact you and let you know. We can sometimes work with what you have, or help you scan an older photo. Don't let photo concerns stop you from submitting.
No. Sponsorships help offset production costs but are not required for your submission to be considered.
