📏 Size & Layout

Correct dimensions: Check against standard sizes below
Bleed area included: 0.125" (3mm) on all sides that extend to edge
Safe zone respected: Text/logos at least 0.25" from trim edge
Background extends to bleed: No white borders after cutting

✏️ Content Review

Spelling & grammar checked: All text proofread carefully

Website URLs working: Links are current and accessible
Names/titles current: Staff changes, job titles updated
Addresses complete: Include ZIP codes where needed

🎨 Design Quality

Text readable size: Minimum 8pt, preferably 10pt or larger
High contrast: Dark text on light backgrounds
Logo quality: Vector format preferred, high-res if raster
Images sharp: No pixelation or blur at actual size
Colors print-appropriate: Avoid pure white text on dark
